“Eggstremes” by Elise King Lynch
A modern approach to an ancient art, Elise King-Lynch takes her affinity for detail and applies it to her egg creations. From fine lined “zen doodled” patterns to her exploration of bicycle mechanics of sprockets, gears and chains. Add to that a “faux-mingo” jungle to create a mood of levity and you have an eclectic look at what drives her. Her “eggcellent” creations are unique and fascinating.
Elise King-Lynch has lived in Virginia with her family for the last 22 years. She has been practicing her egg “skills” for the last 30 years and until recently she has shared her creations with only friends and family. Now, as a member of Art First Gallery for the last four years she thoroughly enjoys being a part of the art community and sharing her talents with everyone.
